The Purpose
The purpose of this research is to investigate whether individuals could develop a greater understanding and be able to improve their time management skills. The personality aspect comes through as I can test whether different people with diverse personalities could improve their managing skills. This study was undertaken due to the lack of time management skills personally that occurred to me in myself. The reasoning that some individuals tend to lack in setting goals and prioritizing their work is truly because they tend to procrastinate moderately than accomplishing the work in time. In worse cases the individuals essentially end up not concluding the project in time. This project will involve me testing selected people aged from 18 to 50 years old, these individuals will take personality surveys, once I have collected their personality character following that, they will need to complete a time management survey. The data that will be produced from these tests will give me results and the main focus is to compare if individuals are managing their time in their late 20s or 50s, at what age do individuals tend to be more time manageable?
Although all human beings are similar in practically each manner, personality remain the most important thing a human may have, making them unique from one another. We’re all identical in certain ways, each have similar human nature; have similar human figure and minds. Every individual has thoughts and feelings and all are nearly identical in certain behaviours. Yet in further means entirely opposite which makes us diverse, There is no such thing as two people who have the same personality, as by all means there will always be a person who is different.

Results
Approximately 20 individuals participated in the personality survey, I then selected 6 people from the thread and got them to perform a time management test online. The questions asked in this survey were practically beneficial for my study as they relate reasonably well with myself.
E.g. "When I'm working, I block out everything that goes on around me.", "I complete tasks on or before the deadline".
These questions relate well towards my real life situations as I do tend to perform the opposite of what is stated above. The outcomes that I have gathered from the selected persons, indicated me that few people aged under 30 yrs. have developed a better understanding of using time efficiently whether it is for studying or general work situations. This is rather shocking as I expected the elder generation to be more productive plus have learned from their prior situations.
Reconsidering the main point of this study, my results stated that I am a Campaigner (I can change the world with just an idea), it also indicated that my personality figure is more of an independent person, we crave creativity and freedom. As part of this study was to comprehend what I can do, that would help myself through refining my time managing skills, I have come up with a petrifying outcome. Within the completion of this study I am still worried, rather shocked as to why I could not find an altered theory for solving my management skills. As I realized the real test was at the start of the study when I began to ask the participants to take part. I had planned to accomplish my surveys within 2 weeks but it took longer as the participants got distracted and they equally failed to use time wisely, which resulted in me supposing that their is no possible way of improving this and everyone has their own way of performing tasks in their pace.
In conclusion
In conclusion the purpose of this experiment ended up signifying nothing. This research occurred to be worthless for me as I could not find a way to solve my issue of perceiving time accurately. As for looking at different personalities there is a possible outcome that individuals who fall under the creative personality figure tend to be less productive and take longer to accomplish work in time. The reasoning behind this might be since they take time to deliberate and then accomplish whereas others acquire faster as they stick to a solitary point/impression.
Looking at the participants I noticed that only 6 out of the 20 individuals honestly answered the questions in both surveys. Most of the responses occurred neutral and their expressions clearly stated that the participants were disinterested in this study.
I limited my self to using only my family and close friends as I thought I would get a better result which I could compare myself with later on. Although this turned out to be a reasonably appalling idea I was shocked upon seeing matching results of a solitary family member. Surprisingly this person also lacks to judge time which stands why we both had equivalent results. The short time frame of this project limited my abilities to perform different tasks and investigate in further practices.
Further Development
In order to find the real purpose of which personalities have the ability to use their time management skills generously, there needs to be a further study with many people. This will allow the test to have many individual's input so we receive a greater data, then which can be compared with the outcome if we could be that personality thread that perceives time efficiently. The starter surveys are an excellent platform to start from, but in between there could possibly be tasks which dissimilar personalities could perform and originate time management facts within the study. Another possibility would be to break down the different qualities in a personality and experiment how each person would react if a portion of their diverse qualities would be taken apart and be performed to have them additionally time efficient than creative thinkers.
